Log in to the frontend and backend of the respective test environment in the "Actions" sections under the menu item TEST ENVIRONMENTS in the StageWare® Manager.

If you have set up directory protection in the plugin settings, you have to enter this access data.
A test environment is always a copy of another system (mostly the live system, rarely another test environment).
If you want to log in to the backend of the test environment, you can use any login data that exists in the system from which the test environment was created.
The same applies to customer accounts in the frontend. If you have actived the setting to mask customer data, the email address must have the prefix "stage_".
