About the extension ZweiPunkt B2B Access Management turns your Shopware shop into a closed B2B area. You decide who sees prices, who is allowed to order and who may enter the shop at all. Everything is controlled through customer groups, so private and business customers stay cleanly separated. Release prices and checkout selectively Define which customer groups are allowed to see prices. For everyone else, prices are hidden and replaced by a notice text or your own content. When prices are hidden, the checkout is blocked automatically. In addition, you can restrict the checkout to specific customer groups independently. Protect the entire shop If you wish, you can lock the whole shop for visitors who are not approved. Only the home page, login and registration stay reachable. You decide which additional paths remain accessible and where blocked visitors are redirected. Individual page areas can also be hidden for specific customer groups. Separate registration for private and business customers Private and business customers go through separate registration flows. You can assign new accounts to a customer group automatically, let them request approval, or deactivate the account until a manual review. Business customers optionally upload their trade licence during registration, which is sent directly as an attachment and as a copy to a configured address. Direct access and price on request Direct access link: Generate a link with an expiry date that temporarily opens the protected shop for selected visitors. The ZweiPunkt Translator takes this work off your hands and translates your shop content automatically into as many target languages as you need. You work in your main shop as usual. About the extension ZweiPunkt Login Redirect sends your customers to a freely selectable destination page right after a successful sign-in. Instead of landing on the default page shown after login, signed-in customers go exactly where they should continue, for example a personal overview page, a protected account area or a current campaign page. You maintain the destination address centrally in the plugin settings. No changes to templates or the checkout process are required. About the extension Unpaid invoices cost time and money. Anyone who writes payment reminders and dunning notices by hand loses track, sends them too late or forgets individual orders entirely. This plugin takes over the whole process for you. As soon as an order comes in with a payment method you have defined, a multi-stage reminder and dunning process starts automatically. Every stage is triggered at the right time, the matching email is sent and the payment status of the order is moved forward. You no longer have to start anything by hand. How it works For each payment method you decide whether a pure reminder track (for example for prepayment) or a full dunning track (for example for invoice) should apply. For every stage you set the interval in days. If payment is still missing, the order moves step by step through the first, second and third dunning notice up to the debt collection or cancellation status. Dunning fees can be calculated for the dunning stages, either shown on the document only or added as a real order line item.
