What do we do with your personal data?

If you want to get news from us, you can also follow us on Facebook by clicking the Facebook Like icon at the bottom of the website. When you click on the icon you will be taken to our Facebook page on the Facebook website. The company Facebook has its headquarters at 1601 South Carolina, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. No data is transmitted to Facebook by opening our Facebook page. When you click on the like button on our Facebook page, a connection to the Facebook server is established and your IP address is transferred to their servers to establish the connection. We have no access to information about any other data that may be transferred to Facebook and how they use it.

If you are logged in to Facebook when you click on the Facebook icon below, your visit to our website may be associated with your Facebook user profile.

Login via Facebook, Google and LinkedIn

If you would like to log in using your Google, Facebook or LinkedIn accounts instead of registering for an account on our website, we would like to point out that we receive the information necessary for registering an account with us from the respective platform. This type of login is only possible if you have an account on the respective platform.

To enable registration, your browser downloads a script from Google, Facebook and LinkedIn the first time you visit our website, after which it is technically possible for the platforms to become aware that you have visited our website.

Webanalyse

You can visit our site without providing any personal information. If you visit our websites, even if this is done via a link in a newsletter, for example, certain data is nevertheless collected and stored. We store - even if the visit occurs via newsletter links - only access data without any personal reference, such as the website from which you accessed our site, the name of your internet service provider, the name of the requested file. This data is evaluated to improve our offer and does not allow us to draw any conclusions about your person. The evaluation is carried out in an anonymous form (e.g.: Information xy was seen by 45% of the visitors to the site). This enables us to tailor the information we offer to our visitors’ interests.

When we learn dates that theoretically allow conclusions about your person, such as the IP address, we ensure through shortening the address that an association with your person is impossible.

Google Analytics

In order to optimize the usefulness of this website to you, we use the analysis tool Google Analytics. This is a web analysis service of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics. For the analysis, Google uses so-called "cookies", through which it obtains information about your user behavior and evaluates it accordingly.

In order to collect statistical data about the use of our webwebsite and to optimize what we offer, we use the services of the open-source web analysis service PIWIK, available at http://piwik.org/. Google Maps

How do we protect your personal data?

Your personal data is transmitted securely by encryption when you place an order and when you register for your personal account. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system. We secure our website and other systems by technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification and distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. You should always keep your access information confidential and close the browser window when you have finished communicating with us, especially if you share the computer with others. When using the payment method Sofortüberweisung (Immediate Bank Transfer), your data is transmitted via an SSL-encrypted connection. With the help of your PIN and TAN you authorize your transfer, which can then be executed by your bank. PIN and TAN are not stored by us. Your account statement data is also not stored by us, but encrypted and sent directly to the bank by the payment service provider.

Doubleclick Ad Exchange

We use Doubleclick Ad Exchange, an advertising display service provided by Google Inc ("Google").

This ad display service displays advertisements on our website. Cookies are sent in the process, which are stored by your browser. The information stored in the cookie can be recorded, collected and analyzed by Google or third parties.

In addition, the ad display service uses Web Beacons to collect information. These are small invisible graphics that allow visitor frequency of individual sections of websites to be recorded and subsequently evaluated. The information generated by Web Beacons is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

IP addresses are transmitted and stored only in the context necessary to combat and filter spam/fraud. This data is only accessible to the anti-abuse team. The IP address is not shared with third parties.
