About the Extension

The ZweiPunkt Connector enables seamless data exchange between your Odoo ERP system, your Shopware shop, and connected marketplaces. Products, prices, stock levels, customers, and orders are synchronized in real time.

The plugin was specifically developed for businesses that use Odoo as their central ERP system and sell their products through multiple channels.

Features

  • Automated order and customer data transfer: Customer data and orders from Shopware or marketplaces are automatically captured in Odoo – including payment status and shipping information
  • Central product data management: Products, prices, descriptions, and images are distributed from Odoo to all sales channels
  • Real-time synchronization: Stock levels and availability are updated live – overselling is prevented
  • Payment status synchronization: Changes to payment status are automatically transmitted to Odoo
  • Multichannel support: Works with shops and marketplaces across different sales channels
  • Offer integration: Support for the ZweiPunkt offer system with automatic synchronization of offers, orders, and optional items
  • Ticket system integration: Messages from the ZweiPunkt ticket system are automatically forwarded to Odoo

Configuration guide

Installation

  1. Install the plugin via the Shopware Plugin Manager or via command line.
  2. Activate the plugin in the Plugin Manager.

Configuration

After activation, you can find the plugin settings under Extensions > My Extensions > ZweiPunkt Connector > Configuration.

The following settings are available:

  • Connector API Key: The API key for communication with the ZweiPunkt Connector Service. You will receive this from ZweiPunkt.
  • Fallback shipping method: ID of the default shipping method if no specific mapping exists.
  • Fallback payment method: ID of the default payment method if no specific mapping exists.
  • Fallback shipping costs product SKU: SKU of the product for shipping costs in Odoo (default: "shipping").
  • Company Fallback ID: Default company ID in Odoo (res.company).
  • Fallback SalesPerson ID: Default salesperson ID in Odoo (res.user).
  • Product Update Ping: Enables automatic notifications on product changes.
  • Customer Update Ping: Enables automatic notifications on customer changes.
  • Demo Mode: Enables demo mode for development and testing.

Custom Fields

The plugin automatically creates custom fields for mapping Odoo IDs:

  • Payment methods: Odoo payment method ID
  • Shipping methods: Odoo shipping method ID and shipping costs product SKU
  • Orders: Process order, create invoice, last update, salesperson ID, payment term ID
  • Sales channels: Odoo company ID
  • Customers: Last customer update
