Availability notifier with a waiting list

- Version: 6.7.2
- Last update: 10. September 2026
- Compatibility: 6.7.*
Description
Don’t lose potential customers simply because a product they want is currently out of stock. With the availability alert featuring a waiting list , customers can sign up via email directly on the product detail page and will be automatically notified as soon as the item is back in stock. A smart queue takes the available stock into account and notifies interested customers in the order in which they signed up.
Automatic notifications as soon as stock is available
A sign-up form appears automatically for products that are out of stock. As soon as new stock is added, the plugin notifies the longest-waiting prospective customers – but only as many as the current stock allows. Notifications are sent via a dedicated Shopware Flow Builder event and a pre-provided email template.
Your benefits
- Email sign-up directly for sold-out products
- Automatic notification when new stock arrives
- FIFO waiting list based on order of registration
- Notify only as many customers as there is stock available
- Customise the notification timeframe – 48 hours by default
- Automatically notify the next person on the waiting list once the time limit has expired
- Automatically identify successful purchases in the waiting list
- View those on the waiting list, those notified, purchases and expired entries in the backend
- Trigger notifications manually if required
- Create your own event for further use in the Shopware Flow Builder
Communicate available stock more effectively to interested customers
If, for example, only a small quantity of a sought-after item becomes available again, not all interested customers are contacted at the same time. The plugin takes the available stock as its guide and works through the waiting list step by step. If no suitable purchase is made within the configured time window, the next customer can move up the list.
Manage the waiting list directly in the Shopware backend
In your own admin area, you can see which products have a particularly high number of registrations and the status of each entry. You can trigger notifications manually, delete individual entries or clear completed histories. In this way, the waiting list also serves as a useful indicator of actual product demand.

Configuration guide
Installation
- Lade das Plugin als ZIP-Datei im Shopware-Admin unter Erweiterungen > Meine Erweiterungen hoch.
- Installiere und aktiviere das Plugin.
- Leere den Cache unter Einstellungen > System > Caches & Indizes.
Konfiguration
Öffne die Konfiguration unter Erweiterungen > Meine Erweiterungen > ZweiPunkt: Verfügbarkeitsmelder > Konfiguration. Dort stehen zwei Einstellungen bereit:
