About the extension
Unpaid invoices cost time and money. Anyone who writes payment reminders and dunning notices by hand loses track, sends them too late or forgets individual orders entirely.
This plugin takes over the whole process for you. As soon as an order comes in with a payment method you have defined, a multi-stage reminder and dunning process starts automatically. Every stage is triggered at the right time, the matching email is sent and the payment status of the order is moved forward. You no longer have to start anything by hand.
How it works
For each payment method you decide whether a pure reminder track (for example for prepayment) or a full dunning track (for example for invoice) should apply. For every stage you set the interval in days. If payment is still missing, the order moves step by step through the first, second and third dunning notice up to the debt collection or cancellation status.
Dunning fees can be calculated for the dunning stages, either shown on the document only or added as a real order line item. A separate, sequentially numbered dunning document is created for every stage, which you find in the Shopware backend just like an invoice or delivery note.

Configuration guide
Installation
Upload the extension in the Shopware administration under Extensions, My extensions or install it from the store. Then activate it using the toggle in the list of installed extensions.
Configuration
Open the extension configuration through the three-dot menu and select the desired sales channel if needed. The settings are split into three sections.
General
Here you activate the whole process. The setting applies to new orders. Cases that are already running continue to be processed.
Payment reminders
Select the payment methods for which a pure reminder track should apply. Set the deadlines in days for the first, second and third reminder as well as for the cancellation. Optionally you can define a minimum order value and an order state to exclude, and decide whether the order is cancelled at the end.
Payment reminders and dunning
Select the payment methods for the full dunning track. Set the deadlines for the three dunning stages and the debt collection status and define the dunning fees per stage. A toggle lets you decide whether the fees only appear on the document or are added as a real order line item. In addition you can start only after shipment, define a minimum order value and an order state to exclude, and enable the automatic cancellation at the end.
Testing via the console
A console command is available for testing that lets you run the process for a single order manually and step by step. This is meant for development and acceptance. In normal operation everything runs automatically.
Note
Sending the emails and moving the states forward runs through the background queue. Make sure that background processing is active in your shop.
