Description
Automate quotations and orders in Shopware
With ZweiPunkt: Quotes & Orders , you can automate your entire quoting process directly within Shopware 6. Customers submit quote requests straight from their shopping basket – you adjust prices and discounts in the backend. Accepted quotations are automatically converted into full orders, including invoicing, payment and dispatch details.
Features
- Quotation request from the shopping basket: Customers can submit a personalised quotation request directly from the shopping basket – without interrupting the ordering process.
- Quotation management in the admin panel: All incoming quotations are managed centrally in the Shopware backend. Prices and discounts can be adjusted on a per-item basis.
- Automatic order conversion: If a customer accepts the quote, it is automatically converted into a full order containing all relevant details.
- PDF generation: Quotes are exported as professional PDF documents and are available for customers to download.
- Customised quotation document via CMS layout: The appearance of the quotation document is fully customisable via the Shopware Experience Builder – with dedicated CMS elements for customer details, product table, quotation date, quotation number, shop address and total amount.
- Customer account integration: Customers can view all their quotations in their customer account and can accept, reject or download them as PDFs.
- Status workflow: Quotes progress through the statuses ‘Requested’, ‘Accepted’ and ‘Cancelled’ – with an event system for custom extensions.
- Email notifications: Optional notifications to configurable recipients when new quotation requests are received.
- Minimum order value: Configurable threshold – quotations can only be created once the shopping basket value reaches a defined amount.
- Access restricted to registered customers: Optionally, the quotation function can be restricted to registered users.
- Optional items: Quotes can contain optional items that the customer can include or exclude upon acceptance.
- Price on request: Products can be marked as ‘Price on request’ via a custom field. The price is hidden and the normal checkout process is blocked – the customer is automatically redirected to the quote request form.
- Mollie compatibility: Seamless integration with the Mollie payment provider.

Changelog
- New setting: notification to the mail recipients when a customer accepts an offer in the customer account; off by default
- An order created from an offer now carries the offer number as order number, so Shopware and the ERP system use the same number; if the number is already taken by another order, the regular order number is used
- Shipping costs set in the offer are now charged exactly once in offer, PDF and order, also after products were added in the administration
- Shipping costs of 0 set in the offer now replace the costs of the shipping method in the order
- Offer totals are recalculated after saving in the administration; quantities are no longer counted twice
- Products added to an offer in the administration no longer end up in the order with a price of 0
- If "price on request" is switched off for a position in the administration, the order and the PDF now use the original price or the new price instead of 0
- The PDF for the customer is renewed after the offer was saved in the administration
- The column "% price" is now called "New price (unit)"
- The subtotal in the offer details now shows the sum of the positions without shipping costs
- The customer account now shows the shipping costs of the offer instead of those of the shipping method
- Accepting an offer in the administration now links the created order to the offer
