Payroll employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Preparing and compiling payroll-related documents (e.g. working hours, absences, changes)
  • Maintaining and checking master data (e.g. personnel and contract data)
  • Support with administrative activities relating to payroll accounting
  • Filing, document management and structured digital organisation
  • Communication with internal contacts regarding missing/unclear information
  • General office and administrative activities as required

Your profile

  • Interest in payroll accounting / HR topics and commercial processes
  • Careful, reliable and discreet way of working (handling sensitive data)
  • Structured way of working and good understanding of figures
  • Good written and spoken German skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Initial experience in the office/human resources sector is a plus, but not a must
