1. ZweiPunkt GmbH offers digital products in the form of plug-ins in its online store. These terms and conditions of payment and provision apply to all orders placed via our online store.

   As our plug-ins are digital products, they are provided exclusively in digital form. After successful payment, you will receive an e-mail with a download link to your purchased plug-in.
2. 3.2 Performance time
   The download link is usually provided immediately after receipt of payment. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

4 Refunds and cancellations

   As these are digital products, refunds are generally excluded. If you have any problems with your purchased plug-in, please contact our support team at support@zwei.gmbh.
2. 4.2 Cancellations
   Cancellation of the order is only possible as long as the download link has not yet been provided. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
