Description
Automatically expand your newsletter subscriber list with new customers and integrate the sign-up process directly into the checkout process of your Shopware shop. With the Automatic Newsletter Sign-up for Shopware 6 , you can specify separately for B2B and B2C customers whether they should be automatically signed up, asked for consent at checkout, or excluded from signing up.
Newsletter sign-up immediately after purchase
Once an order has been completed, the plugin automatically processes the newsletter sign-up in accordance with your configuration. With the consent option, a tick box appears at the end of the checkout process, allowing the customer to actively give their consent. If double opt-in is enabled in Shopware, the existing Shopware process – including the confirmation email – is used. Existing newsletter subscribers are not overwritten, but missing master data and optional product tags are added where necessary.

Configuration guide
Installation
- Lade die Erweiterung über den Shopware-Account oder als ZIP in Deinen Shop und installiere sie im Admin unter Erweiterungen / Meine Erweiterungen.
- Aktiviere die Erweiterung über den Schalter in der Liste der installierten Erweiterungen.
- Leere anschließend den Shop-Cache, damit die Anmelde-Logik und die Storefront-Anpassung wirksam werden.
Konfiguration
Öffne die Konfiguration über die drei Punkte neben der Erweiterung oder über Einstellungen / Erweiterungen. Folgende Optionen stehen Dir zur Verfügung:
- Aktiv – schaltet die automatische Anmeldung insgesamt ein oder aus.
- Regeln für B2C Kunden – lege fest, ob Privatkunden im Checkout um Erlaubnis gebeten, automatisch aufgenommen oder ignoriert werden.
- Regeln für B2B Kunden – dieselbe Auswahl getrennt für Geschäftskunden.
- Produkt Tags an Kunden übernehmen – übergibt die Tags der gekauften Produkte an den Newsletter-Empfänger.
Alle Einstellungen lassen sich oben im Konfigurationsdialog pro Verkaufskanal getrennt setzen.
Hinweise
Wählst Du für einen Kundentyp die Option mit Einwilligung im Checkout, erscheint auf der Bestellbestätigungsseite eine Checkbox. Nur wenn der Kunde diese aktiv setzt, wird er angemeldet. Ist in Shopware das Double-Opt-in für Newsletter aktiv, erhält der Kunde zusätzlich die Bestätigungsmail.
